Cancellation Policy

Island Sham Farmhouse Candle Party Disclaimer By participating in a candle party hosted by Island Sham Farmhouse, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the following: • We ask that we have access to power, needing two outlets. • We do prefer you provide 3 large tables; if not feasible, we will provide tables at a rate of $5 per 3 tables. • The site must be weather-appropriate and covered. If the event is held outside, an indoor space must be provided that is temperature-controlled so the candles may be set appropriately. • Participants are solely responsible for any damages to property or materials during the event. • A deposit of 20% is required to book a traveling candle party. Cancellations within 1 week of the party are 100% refundable. If canceled 3 - 6 days prior, only A 10% refund is given. Anything canceled within 2 days of the party is nonrefundable • Island Sham Farmhouse reserves the right to end any party at any time if it is deemed unsafe for any reason. • Each event will last approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, with about 45 minutes of set-up time and take-down time. Resulting in a 3 - 4 hour paid event. • A minimum of $200 is required, no matter the number of people expected to attend. Candle-Making: $15 per person Mileage: first 5 miles at zero cost.
